(HWC) Hollywood.com interviewed Superman Returns star Brandon Routh to talk about his upcoming film Fear Itself. On the last page of the article, Routh’s Superhero job came up, and he divulged some bits about where Bryan Singer’s Man of Steel is at these days:

HW: Is Justice League going to come out before the next Superman?
BR: Oh, I think it seems as though that’s not happening, it’s on the back burner right now so it’s just Man of Steel now.

HW: When are you doing the next Superman? It’s taking a long time.
BR: I know, they’re busy writing a script and then I trust we’ll be starting next year, early next year. That’s my timeline anyway.

Atlantic Film has details on the August 27, 2008 Region 2 DVD release of Kate’s indie film “The Girl in the Park“. Woot!!!

UK audiences will be lucky enough to watch the movie in theaters the next few months. Release dates are still unknown.

Yay! Kate has been nominated for this year’s Teen Choice Awards in the Choice Movie Actress: Drama category for her role as Jill Taylor in “21“.

Be sure to cast your vote for Kate as many times you want! The movie itself and co-star Jim Sturgess have also been nominated. Congrats!
